Fixings

 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 huge onion, hacked
10 new curry leaves (discretionary)

1 tomato, finely cleaved

2 pounds medium shrimp - stripped and deveined

1 teaspoon garam
masala cleaved
new cilantro to taste

Directions
