Spicy Coconut Shrimp Soup
Fixings
- 3 1/2 cups without fat, less-sodium chicken stock
- 1 cup cut mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely hacked red chime pepper
- 1 tablespoon light earthy colored sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground stripped new ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red curry glue
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1 pound huge shrimp, stripped and deveined
- 1/4 cup daintily cut green onions
- 2 tablespoons daintily cut new basil
- 2 tablespoons new lime juice
Guidelines
