Shrimp in Coconut Milk

Attempt this coconut shrimp recipes...the .....great taste !

Fixings:
  • 1 1/2 pounds huge size shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (explained margarine) or coconut oil
  • 2 onions, daintily cut
  • 2 garlic cloves, squashed
  • 1 teaspoon new ginger, finely ground
  • 2 red stew peppers (or new green peppers)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 8 curry leaves
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon juice to taste
Directions:

Wash shrimp, shell and devein. Heat ghee or coconut oil and fry onions, garlic and ginger until onions are delicate yet not carmelized. Add chilies, turmeric, and curry leaves and fry brief longer. Add coconut milk and salt and mix while bringing to stewing point. Stew uncovered for 10 minutes, then, at that point, add shrimp and cook 10-15 minutes more. Eliminate from hotness and add lemon juice to taste....hmmmm....what an incredible taste...nice ! Appreciate coconut shrimp formula it !Turmeric-dyed-curry-deviled-eggs.
